IMPROV FOR DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

  • Granite Ledges 151 Langley Parkway Concord, NH, 03301 United States (map)

None of us want to think about the end stages of our lives, but we will all get there eventually. This workshop prepares us for difficult conversations around end-of-life planning for ourselves and our loved ones. Scenarios will discuss the rights and resources available to us during the closing chapter of life’s journey, and conversations topics will include choosing medical power of attorneys, determining the extent of medical intervention, and discussing your chosen path with children and other family members.

This workshop is presented by the Improv for Caregivers team in partnership with Pat O’Connor, local author of Navigating Life’s Final Journey. Pat has over 25 years of professional experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary Care as well as Hospice and Palliative Care.

Registration is free for this event.
